What is Heartful Melodies?

It's my personal site for Japanese music things!
By now, Japanese music has been a part of my life for more than 10 years!
It was started in 2011/2012 with my interest on those popular visual kei bands, namely The Gazette, Dir En Grey and L'arc en Ciel.
At the time, I was deep into (death) metal and the "scene" music, and thus I discovered Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas, Crossfaith, Nocturnal Bloodlust and more.
My interest in music gradually expanding ever since. (I never thought that I would listen to pop and hip-hop music!)

Heartful Melodies will serve as a "notes" on my journey.
As of right now, the site is still under construction. The artist pages mostly consists of Youtube links, pictures and a little infos. It might change in the future.

Social media, and/or being a part of a community is just doesn't work for me. Maybe because I am not that social in the first place, and my interests are just too different from the others.
That's why giving Neocities a shot.

Trivia: The name "Heartful Melodies" is inspired by a line from Gastunk song "Dead Song" and their compilation album: Heartful melody.
